Etaler une moitié de pâte sur une feuille de cuisson. Piquer. Étaler la garniture (sans aller tout à fait jusqu’aux bords). Poser la deuxième abaisse de pâte. Souder les bords préalablement humidifiés. Que de souvenirs !!!! entre des recettes dont je ne connaissais pas la particularité Nordique, les ayant toujours connues, et d'autres que j'ai hâte d'essayer tant elles sentent bon mon Nord natal. Retirez la viande et faites doucement blondir l'oignon émincé, ajoutez l'ail écrasé et les lardons, puis replacez le lapin dans la cocotte.&lt;br /&gt;Saupoudrez de farine et mélangez pour qu'elle couvre tous les morceaux.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Couvrez le tout de vin et d'eau&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Salez, poivrez et ajoutez le herbes.
